Kearney swept the moguls at the competition and showed she is strong as ever after a serious training accident in October.
Kazakhstan's Yulia Galysheva edged American K.C. Oakley for the final podium spot.
Reigning Olympic gold medalist Alex Bilodeau of Canada finished five-hundredths of a second ahead of American Patrick Deneen down the Champion Course at Park City's Deer Valley Resort and narrowly claimed the men's dual moguls title.
American Bradley Wilson earned his first career podium by defeating Russia's Alexander Smyshlyaev for third.
