Trespassing

Looking for a restroom: A Northfield man, 31, was issued a summons and a new trespass notice after he was found walking around property on Ray Court owned by the AMHA on Feb. 6. The Northfield man is on the no trespassing list, according to a report from the Summit County Sheriff's office. He told responding deputies he was on the property because he needed to go to the bathroom. The man was released off of the property.

Traffic stop

Passenger wanted on warrants: A University Heights man, 21, was taken into the custody of sheriff's deputies Feb. 1 after a check at a traffic stop revealed he had two active warrants. The vehicle, which the University Heights man owned and was riding in as a passenger, had been pulled over for a marked lanes violation at just after 9 p.m. The man had a warrant out of the Beachwood Police Department for failure to stop after an accident. He was turned over to Beachwood police.
