TWINSBURG -- The Twinsburg Police Department has made a second arrest in connection with an armed robbery that occurred at Best Stop on Ravenna Road on Jan. 10.
KeShon Latre Lett, 21, of Bedford Heights, was arrested Feb. 8 at a Bedford residence and charged with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony. He is being held on a $500,000 cash bond and is scheduled to appear before Stow Municipal Court Judge Lisa L. Coates Feb. 16.
Lett was arrested eight days after Eugene Jordan Littlejohn, 20, of Oakwood Village, was arrested in connection with robberies in both Kent and Twinsburg.
In the Jan. 10 incident at Best Stop, two men reportedly entered the store around 8:35 p.m. and stole an undisclosed amount of money and a cell phone. One of the suspects had a black handgun, according to the police report. A clerk at the Best Stop called police to report the robbery, however the suspects fled before police arrived.
Twinsburg Assistant Police Chief Robert J. Gonsiewski said no more arrests were anticipated in connection with the incident.
