Due to increasing demand, the 2017 Twinsburg Bicentennial Committee is extending the sponsorship deadline to Oct. 14.
Twinsburg Township, the city of Twinsburg, and the village of Reminderville are inviting both corporations and individuals to leave their mark on history with a Bicentennial sponsorship. Contributions benefit the publishing of a family-friendly book called Three Communities - One Heritage. The book will offer a fun look at the area's extensive history.
"Unlike typical sponsorship programs, individual residents have the unique opportunity to sponsor a significant historical event," expressed committee member Derek Schroeder. "These small sponsorships of just $25 to $50 will truly have a lasting legacy going forward on the Bicentennial website and in the book."
The costs and benefits of each sponsorship level can be found at Twinsburg200.com. Direct questions to Laura Leonard, Director of the Twinsburg Public Library, at 330-425-4268 x5 or LeonardLa@TwinsburgLibrary.org. To learn more, visit Twinsburg200.com.
