Special event:Animal photographer hosts book signing
Greg Murray, animal photographer , will host a book signing and meet and greet at the Twinsburg Public Library April 8 from 10 a.m. to noon. Stop by and meet Murray, an award-winning photographer, rescue animal advocate and creator of the book "Peanut Butter Dogs," (available for purchase and signing).
Help support the Humane Society of Summit Countyby bringing a donation, and have your name entered into a drawing to win a photo shoot for a pet at Murray's studio. A donation can be a much-needed item off the Humane Society's wish list or a minimum contribution of $1 per ticket entry.

Youth Services: Take in a Friday morning movie
A Friday morning movie and craft will be March 31 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the library. Craft time will be from 10:30 to 11 a.m. and a G-rated movie will be from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. No registration is required. Bring a snack and blankets to sit on. This is for all ages with a caregiver.

Drop in to read to one of the Twinsburg Public Library's special workers, therapy dogs, April 8 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. No advanced registration is required. This is for independent readers ages 4 years and older.
Adult Services: Monday Night at the Oscar's
"Monday Night at the Oscars" will be April 3 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Watch a 2016 Oscar-nominated movie with library friends. Admission, popcorn and lemonade are on us. Refreshments will be served 10 minutes prior to show time. The movie starts promptly at 6 p.m.

Learn about upsizing, downsizing and multi-generational living at a program on real estate for seniors, April 4 from 10 to 11 a.m.; and April 8 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Twinsburg Public Library. What are the available choices for those older than 50 years who are planning to move? Medicare plan specialist Sharon Honroth returns to the library April 5 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. with an update on Medicare Parts A, B and D. She will explain what is covered and what is not and the options for filling the gap. Get questions answered at this free event.
10 simple steps to a flower garden
Presenter Dennis James Deegan will explain how to eliminate gardening frustrations and help people toward better results at "10 Simple Steps to Growing a Glorious Flower Garden," April 6 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Deegan will teach people how to avoid mistakes made by the average gardener. Attendees can plant some flower seeds in a 4-inch flower pot to take home with them. Cost for the class is $2.50, due by April 1. The fee can be paid at the library's Computer Lab desk.
