All about space
This summer's Reading Club theme is all about space. The library is looking for figurines, stuffed animals, posters, a telescope, puzzles and costumes that have to do with this topic. That includes planets and constellations, spaceships, martians and aliens (think E.T.), and Star Wars, Star Trek and any other TV show set in space. Consider sharing items to be put on display in the library's front cases starting May 17 and through the month of June. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 330-425-4268 ext. 142 for more information.
"What's Trending: Smart Homes" will be May 9 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the library. Your phone is smart, but did you know your home can be, too? Learn about controlling electronic devices with smart devices such as Amazon's Alexa and apps using a smartphone.
