The Twinsburg Historical Society has seen several new officers step up for 2017.
As Jon Howard steps down as president, Andy Tomko steps up to fill the role. Bonnie Williams will continue as vice president. Beverly Klimas is the new secretary, replacing Marianne Pieramici. After 20 years as treasurer, Dan Simecek hands over those duties to Gayle Davet. All outgoing officers will continue to be Trustees.
Historical society officials say they are "grateful for all of the hard work these folks have put in over the years."
Founders Day is July 22 and the society will celebrate with a grand reopening of the museum. The museum is open from 10 a.m. to noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Open house is June 25
