I do hereby declare and warrant that I am the copyright owner (i) because I took the photograph and authored the text, film, print, slide, artwork, digital image, or other material (the "Materials") which I am submitting for publication, or (ii) I obtained express, written permission from the photographer and any other author or creator of the Materials to submit them to Twinsburg Bulletin for publication.

I hereby grant a non-exclusive license to Twinsburg Bulletin to publish these Materials and distribute them in any of the company’s associated sites, publications or other media, and to create derivative works. I represent that I have the legal authority to grant such a license. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twinsburg Bulletin and its related companies, employees and agents from any and all liability, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may be incurred as a result of publishing these Materials, including any claims brought by any other person claiming an interest in the Materials or their subject matter.
