Twinsburg -- About 1,824 sets of multiples, unofficially, and perhaps a few Jedi masters and a Buzz Lightyear or two, descended upon Twinsburg for the 41st annual Twins Days Festival Aug. 5-7.
This year's theme, "Twinfinity and Beyond!", was inspired by the December 2015 release of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," said Twins Days committee member Sandy Miller.
The Cleveland Cavaliers NBA Championship trophy was there for pictures between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
The festival is the largest annual gathering of twins, according to the Guinness Book of World Records.
Twinsburg Mayor Ted Yates said the festival is an exciting time for the community.
"We have visitors from across the world who come to our small town," he said. "It's great for our local businesses. The parade is the most attended parade in the area. We always look forward to hosting this event and also the economic benefit it brings to businesses here in town."
