TWINSBURG -- Expect some of the best young musicians in the Twinsburg City School District to put on an electrifying display of talent Feb. 22, as they are accompanied in concert by a former violinist with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

Electric violinist Mark Wood will perform with the Twinsburg orchestra and band students in the Twinsburg High School auditorium, Feb. 22 at 7:30 p.m. Orchestra students in grades five through 12 will perform with Wood in the "Electrify Your Strings Victory Tour." Musicians will attend a workshop with Wood Feb. 21 to prepare.

Tickets can be purchased at www.twinsburg.k12.oh.us/orchestraboosters.aspx or www.mytwinsburg.com.

There will also be a raffle for a chance to win a Mark Wood Stingray SVX Violin. Tickets for a raffle will be sold at the show, or email twinsburgorchestra@yahoo.com for more information.

Twinsburg orchestra and band students -- many of whom will participate in the concert with Wood -- also scored some musical high notes weeks before at an adjudicated event.
