Don't miss the chance to catch Linda Coleman, owner of Olive My Heart in Hudson, at the Twinsburg Garden Club's April 6 meeting. She'll discuss the "liquid gold" that we know as olive oil, as well as all the unique properties that go into an elegant olive oil. The event is at Christ the King Lutheran Church. On stage, in verse and through music, teens will perform at the 18th annual Coffee for a Cause at Twinsburg Public Library, April 8 beginning at 6:45 p.m. The popular annual fundraiser benefits Aluminum Cans for Burned Children. Patrons sip beverages and enjoy home-baked pastries while being serenaded and entertained in this coffee house-style event, all while benefitting a great cause.3 Buy a book, support the library's "Friends"
The first of three Friends of the Library book sales will be April 8, beginning at 10 a.m. for the general public and at 9:30 a.m. for members of the Friends group. The collaborative effort between the Twinsburg Historical Society, Twinsburg Chamber of Commerce and city of Twinsburg, "Explore Twinsburg," will be available for purchase, and there will be bargains on all types of books. The Twinsburg Public Library is located at 10050 Ravenna Road in Twinsburg.
