Tony and Marge Sasala were introduced to one another on the steps of the Twinsburg Congregational Church in August of 1956. Tony was a Twinsburg Police officer, and he asked Marge to the Police Department's Christmas Party that same year. They were married just five months later, on May 11, 1957. They moved into a house in Aurora, and quickly began their family. In 1958, Tony started his own electric company, S & E Electric Inc. in Twinsburg but kept his job as a part-time police officer. By 1964, they had three daughters and a son -- Wendy, Tracy, Kerry and Tony. All have graduated from Aurora High School. Tony and Marge built their dream home in Aurora and have lived there throughout 50 years of marriage. Their six grandchildren -- Jason, Kelly, Jacob, Julianna, Kayla and Samantha -- enjoy spending time with their "Poppy and Grammy" as much as possible. Tony and Marge love to travel the United States in their 45-foot Prevost Motor Coach, in which they spend their Florida winters. Their most recent travels took them on a wonderful two-week European vacation river cruise on the "Viking Pride" from Budapest to Amsterdam in celebration of their 50th anniversary. They say they have memories that will last a lifetime. Comments
