Born in Twinsburg
Lulu M. Cedik, 83, of Hartville, passed away March 18 at Aultman Hospital. She was born May 25, 1924, in Twinsburg to the late Frank and Jennie (Ylioja) Jayne.
She is survived by husband Jerry G. Cedik, whom she married Feb. 23, 1949; her daughter Karen (Gary) Cross of Streetsboro; granddaughters Cindy Hamilton and Jennifer (Jay) Hinton of Athens; great-grandchildren Noah and Autumn Hinton; and sister Blanche Evans, of Blue Creek, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Edward Jayne. Calling hours were March 21 at the Shorts Funeral Home, Streetsboro Chapel. Private services were conducted at Crown Hill Cemetery. Donations can be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Lung Association.
