JOHN THOMAS HOLLERAN Worked at Midwest Gear John Thomas Holleran, 57, of Green, died March 25, 2008. Mr. Holleran was born in Cleveland on Feb. 16, 1951. He served in the U.S. Army and was employed as a machinist for 36 years, most recently at Midwest Gear in Twinsburg, at A.P.P.I. and H & H Machine, both of Akron, and at Quality Machine of Mentor. He was a member of the Akron Springfield Assembly of God, loved cars and enjoyed his time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Tom and Fran Holleran; and brothers Daniel and Patrick. He is survived by his wife Nancy; son Danny (Gina); daughters Stacey Heydon, Marlene Nottingham, Jenn (Ed) Eagle, Cheryl Ellswick and Christine DeLong; brother Martin; sister Bridget (J.J.) Leet; 11 grandchildren; and his uncle, Nick Fodse. Funeral services were March 28, 2008, at the Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 East Turkeyfoot Lake Road with the Rev. Mark Hadinger officiating. Interment was at East Liberty Cemetery. Comments
