Attend a self-defense lecture at the Silent Mind
A "Natural Pain Relief" seminar will be taught on April 25 from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Attendees can learn about a gentle, non-invasive alternative to massage.
And for ladies who have ever felt scared walking into that dark parking garage, take action April 28 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. for a self-defense lecture. Simple and easy techniques will help women defend themselves in case of an emergency. All lectures and classes are free. The Silent Mind is located on Church Street near Twinsburg Township Square.
