Korean War veteran
Arnold R. "Bud" Swanson, 79, of Twinsburg, died March 20, 2008, at his home. He was cremated.
Mr. Swanson was born in Toby, Pa. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He worked as a manager in the manufacturing industry.
Mr. Swanson is survived by his wife Irene (nee Lecea); children Mark (Rebecca), Barbara (Christopher) Tombow and Keith (Michele); grandchildren Eric and Michael Swanson, and Brian, Kelley and Tara Tombow; and sister Annabelle Larson.
He was preceded in death by sister Elizabeth Olin.
Funeral services were conducted March 29 at Our Lady of Guadelupe Church in Macedonia. Burial was at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon. St. John Funeral Home of Bedford handled arrangements. The family suggests contributions be made to the Hospice of Western Reserve.
