Robert E. McNair Jr., 74, of Twinsburg, died April 18, 2008. Mr. McNair was the husband of Dearie (nee Yates); father of Walter Lee Sherman, Robert III (Bernadette), Gregory (Margie), Ray (Shaleasha) Yates, Brian, Matthew, Daniel and Aaron; devoted grandfather of 15; great-grandfather of eight; great-great-grandfather of three; and brother of Fountaine, Harold, Jaqueline Bryant, Earline and Josephine Rogers.
Mr. McNair was preceded in death by parents Robert E. and Josephine (nee Shelby) McNair Sr.; and brothers Rufus and Joe Louis.
The family received friends April 23 at Blessing Funeral Home at Crown Hill Cemetery. Services were April 24 at The Sanctuary of Praise Church, 8788 Hadden Road in Twinsburg. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the church. Interment was at Crown Hill Cemetery.
