Minority Men's Health Fair returns to Clinic May 7 Area minority men can receive free health tests and information May 7 at the Cleveland Clinic. The Minority Men's Health Center in the Glickman Urological and Kidney Institute at the Cleveland Clinic will host the Minority Men's Health Fair May 7 from 5 to 8 p.m. Free health tests and information will be offered. Organizers anticipate a large attendance this year due to the dramatic increase in the number of uninsured and underinsured households in Northeast Ohio. During the event, attendees will have access to free preventative screenings for prostate cancer, diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease and more. Research shows that these conditions are particularly prevalent, under diagnosed, under treated and more likely to be fatal in minority men. Attendees can also attend live health talks on subjects like stroke prevention, smoking cessation and organ donation. The Glickman Tower Great Hall (building Q) at Cleveland Clinic's main campus at 2050 East 96th Street in Cleveland 44106. Free parking is available in garages No. 1 at East 93rd Street and Chester and No. 2 at East 100th Street and Carnegie.
