Fredward Terry Cornell, 63, passed away Monday, May 25, 2009, and was buried at Crown Hill Cemetery May 31. He was born Oct. 8, 1945, and was a resident of Twinsburg since 1956. He graduated from R.B. Chamberlin High School, served in the U.S. Army and retired from the Ford stamping plant in Walton Hills. He was a member of the Masonic Order and the Odd Fellows.
He is survived by his wife Kelly A. (Cardenas); daughters Kimberly, Melissa (Morgen) Maxwell and step-daughter Christina Akin; grandchildren; and brother William (Carol). He was preceded in death by his father William E. Cornell Sr., mother Barbara and grandson Wade Andrew Akin. At the family's request, memorial remembrances should be submitted to the American Cancer Society.
Arrangements were handled by the Charles R. Blessing Funeral Home.
