Solon polymer company names new vice president
Excel Polymers LLC announces that Len McClearn has accepted the position of vice president of sourcing. Based in Solon, McLearn will be responsible for identifying, negotiating and developing suppliers, as well as providing direction and leadership to the company's sourcing team.
McClearn's background includes executive positions with the Southern Rubber Group, the Plumley Companies (Dana Corporation), Associated Rubber and Burton Rubber. In addition, McClearn is a past chairperson of the Southern Rubber Group.
