David Lee "Max" Maxwell, 56, of Pleasant View, Tenn., formerly of Twinsburg, died Feb. 20, 2008.
Mr. Maxwell was preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia "Cindy" Maxwell. He is survived by his parents, Paul and Wanda Mikula of Twinsburg; brother Bill (Carol) Maxwell of Willoughby Hills; sister Patty (Rob) Polacek of Solon; nieces and nephews Paul, Brian and Tony Maxwell, Dennis Varga and Tara Polacek; and father and mother-in-law, Ed and Eloise Thompson of Tennessee.
Graveside services were conducted Feb. 25 in Alabama. A memorial service is planned for April 5 at 11 a.m. at the First Congregational Church of Twinsburg, at 9050 Church St.
