Xavier-bound senior accepts scholarship
Jacquelyn Rapkin, daughter of Jack and Cindy Rapkin of Crestwood Drive in Twinsburg, has accepted a Buschmann Award from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
She will graduate from Twinsburg High School, where she is president of the band and active in athletics, music and community service. Rapkin plans to major in criminal justice and biology at Xavier.
All incoming freshmen are evaluated for Xavier's Honor, Presidential, Schawe, and Trustee scholarships, and award levels vary. The Buschmann award is based on a student's record in high school and amounts for the scholarship vary.
