Aid avenues available for Chilean quake victims

In a response to a request for international assistance from the Chilean Red Cross, the American Red Cross is accepting financial donations specifically for relief and recovery efforts in Chile following the 8.8 magnitude earthquake Feb. 27. The Red Cross is accepting Chile-designated donation through its Web site at www.redcross.org, through calls to 1-800-REDCROSS, and by texting "CHILE" to 90999 to make a $10 donation (which appears as a $10 fee on a phone...
