Beloved wife of late John Belak

Lois Ann Belak (nee Fox), 82, of Twinsburg, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012. She was the beloved wife of the late John Belak; loving mother of Deborah (Patrick) Armbruster, John (Diane) Belak and David Belak; dear stepmother of Judy Ann Nagy; loving grandmother of Megan, Alison, Christine, John, Michael, Kara, Christopher and Brian; great grandmother of seven; and dear sister of Beverly (Al) Scott.

Friends were received for a memorial gathering Nov. 2, 2012, at Johnson-Romito Funeral Home of Twinsburg. A memorial mass will be Monday, Nov. 12, at 10 a.m. at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 18205 Chillicothe Road in Bainbridge.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association, 4500 Rockside Rd. Suite 440, Independence 44131 or to the Brain Injury Association of Ohio, 855 Grandview Avenue, Suite 225, Columbus 43215.
