With an influx of youth, Twinsburg's boys soccer squad is looking for some continuity in the early portion of the season.

Head coach Michael Lally has developed his usual cast of senior leaders.

Twinsburg is 1-0 as of press time as a game Aug. 27 against arch rival Solon at Solon's Stewart Field was suspended at the 21:47 mark.

The Tigers were leading 1-0 on a goal by senior forward Sean Silas off a feed from senior defender Prit Patel.

"That was a great match and it will be rescheduled," said Lally. "Both teams were playing well."

Also scoring goals for the Tigers were senior forward Elijah Savitt, Silas, junior midfielder Jason Stahlman, sophomore midfielder Jon Szydlowski, and sophomore midfielder Bryce Woods.

Posting a pair of assists was Savitt while junior midfielder Dan Bonsignore and Woods each added an assist for the Tigers.
