As the Twinsburg swimming and diving teams look towards the final phase of the season, the Tigers posted wins over neighboring rival Aurora.
Head coach Kirtis Huelsman saw his boys squad post a 123-59 win Dec. 28 over Aurora while the girls unit was impressive in a 105-81 victory.
Twinsburg was able to use a variety of athletes in some different events in the win over the Greenmen.
"We were able to put more of the utility players in starting roles, which allowed them to step up," said Huelsman.
In upcoming action, Twinsburg hosts Wadsworth Jan. 4 at 6 p.m. and then the Suburban League Championships are set for Jan. 5 at Twinsburg and Jan. 7 for the swimming championships at the University of Akron, hosted by Wadsworth.

"Right now, everything is looking good moving forward for the Suburban meet and the end of the season," he added.
